Message Is it just me or is tt.net REALLY slow with a pretty clunky interface? Don't get me wrong, I like the site and appreciate all the time and work that's put into it... but something is wrong here. This is the biggest Z32 board around, yet the software seems to be stuck in mid-nineties.

I'm sure that the custom application that the site is built on right now has lots of features and customization options that you won't find in commercial software, but I don't really think that any of it is necessary or even used much. I mean, being able to select a "theme" and "look" is nice (you can also do that in vBulletin), but most sites have a standard branded look that people easily identify with.

So what's the deal? Why doesn't this site run vBulletin? Is it because there are so many archived messages that would be hard to retrieve if a switch was made?

I'm not a spokesman for vBulletin, but I ran it on a high volume website and it performed flawlessly... plus it's FAST.
